About CuratedFit
We find health and fitness products that contain what they claim, do what they say, and deserve a place in your routine. Nothing more. Nothing less.
The health and wellness market has a problem. It is not a shortage of products. It is a shortage of honesty about what those products actually contain.
Ingredient lists are long and deliberately technical. Marketing claims are loud and largely unverifiable. And the gap between what a product says it does and what it actually delivers is, in many cases significant.
CuratedFit exists to close that gap.
We research products independently, verify what is in them against what their labels claim, and apply a consistent standard to every assessment. What passes that standard is listed here. What does not, is not. And never will be, regardless of brand size or marketing budget.
The result is a curated selection of health and wellness products that people can buy with confidence. Not because we say they are good, but because we have done the work to establish that they are.
Who CuratedFit is built for
CuratedFit is not built around a fitness goal. It is built around a value.
Our audience are people who perform. Professionally, physically, and in every other part of life that demands consistency and output. They train regularly, not obsessively. They eat well most of the time, not perfectly. They are busy, established, and deliberate about what they put in their body.
They have been let down by the industry before. They do not need enthusiasm or inspiration. They need accurate information and a source they can trust.
That is what CuratedFit provides.
We research independently, apply a consistent standard, and list only the products that pass. What passes is here. What does not, is not.
The CuratedFit Standard
Every product assessed for CuratedFit is held to eleven criteria. All eleven must be met. There are no exceptions.
01 As natural as possible CuratedFit is built on a simple principle, the closer a supplement is to its natural source, the better. Active ingredients should be derived from natural sources, extracted or concentrated from real food, plants, or biological materials rather than produced via industrial chemical synthesis.
We recognize that processing is unavoidable, concentration, drying, and standardization are part of how supplements work. The question we ask is whether the active compound itself originates from nature or from chemical reaction between industrial precursors.
Where minor additives such as sweeteners, flavorings, or stabilizers, are present in an otherwise naturally sourced product, CuratedFit flags them transparently and leaves the decision to you. These are additives on top of a natural base, a different category from products whose core active ingredient are synthetically produced.
Products whose primary active compounds are synthesized in a laboratory rather than derived from a natural source do not meet the CuratedFit standard, regardless of how well-researched or widely accepted those compounds may be. Short-term safety data exists for most synthetic compounds. Long-term cumulative effects are rarely studied and poorly understood. Until that evidence exists, CuratedFit defaults to nature.
This is not a rejection of science. It is an application of it, specifically, the precautionary principle that where uncertainty exists and a natural alternative is available, the natural option is the rational choice.
02 It contains what it claims Label accuracy is non-negotiable. The stated active ingredient must be present in the stated amount. Independent third-party verification is weighted heavily.
03 Every ingredient earns its place Preservatives exist for legitimate reasons and are assessed accordingly. Synthetic compounds added to replace, mask, or artificially enhance what should be there naturally do not pass.
04 No insect-derived ingredient Every product on CuratedFit is verified free from insect-derived components. This is a fixed condition of listing, without exception.

05 No proprietary blends Every ingredient and its individual dose must be declared on the label. Products that hide doses behind combined blend total are not listed. If a brand will not show you exactly what is in a product and how much, that is reason enough not to trust it.
06 Allergen declaration All major allergens must be clearly and accurately declared. Partial or ambiguous allergen labeling does not pass.
07 Sugar content declared Added sugar must be clearly stated. Products with significant undisclosed added sugar do not meet the CuratedFit standard.
08 Artificial sweeteners and flavorings flagged Artificial sweeteners and flavorings are not automatically disqualifying. They are however, always declared clearly in every CuratedFit review. You decide what belongs in your routine. We make sure you have the information to decide properly.
09 Heavy metals and contaminants Where independent contaminant testing is available it is included in every review. Where it is not confirmed, that absence is stated clearly. CuratedFit does not assume a product is clean, it verifies.
10 Banned substance risk declared For training and performance products, banned substance risk is assessed and declared. Informed Sport certification and equivalent third-party testing are weighted heavily. If a product carries risk for tested athletes, that is stated.
11 Country of manufacture noted Where a product is made matters. Manufacturing origin is noted in every review and assessed against the regulatory standards of that country.
How we work with brands
CuratedFit works directly with brands we have researched and chosen to partner with. That relationship is built on a simple foundation: we believe in what they do, and we represent them honestly.
Within every brand partnership, we identify the specific products that meet the CuratedFit standard and promote those products properly, with accurate information, honest assessment, and direct links to exactly what we have reviewed. A brand may have an extensive range. The products listed here are the ones we stand behind.
What we do not do is pass judgment on products we have chosen not to list. Our loyalty to the brands we work with means we do not use their name to highlight what falls short. We simply list what passes, and leave the rest of any range to the curiosity of the individual.
If a product appears on CuratedFit, it has been researched, assessed, and found to meet our standard. That is the only guarantee we make. And the only one that matters.
A note from the founder
Most people who exercise are not training for competition. They are trying to stay ahead of a life that also includes good food, late nights, and the kind of enjoyment that does not always show up in a nutrition plan.
That balance is familiar to Christian, who founded CuratedFit. Train consistently, eat well most of the time, and enjoy the rest without guilt. It is not a compromise, it is the only system that actually works, because it is the one you can sustain.
Supplementation is what makes it practical. Not just protein after training, but everything the body needs to stay sharp, recover well, and keep functioning at the level real life demands. A clean, honest product fills the nutritional gaps that real life leaves. Without adding a new set of ingredients you never asked for.
That is the point of a good supplement. And it is why what goes into one matters as much as what it claims to do.
CuratedFit is built for people who think the same way.
"Keeping things vague is where the loopholes live. I put my name to this standard because I believe in it, and because someone should." - Christian, Founder
