We Review Supplements Against Eleven Points. Most Products Fail Before Point Three.

Most consumers never learn where an active ingredient came from, how it was produced, or what was removed along the way.
We think that matters.
Why we exist
The supplement market is not short of information. It is short of honest information. Most review sites are funded by the brands they cover. Most labels tell you what a product contains without telling you where it came from or how it was made. Most standards, where they exist at all, measure short-term effect and stop there.
CuratedFit was built on a different question: how much of the original biological structure survived the journey from source to product?
We believe origin matters. We believe production method matters. We believe that when a substance is isolated from its natural context, concentrated, and delivered in doses nature never produced, something may have been lost — and that the label will not tell you what.
We are not anti-supplement. We are not anti-science. We are not asking you to agree with our conclusions.
We are asking you to know what you are buying.
How we evaluate products
Those beliefs became the CuratedFit Eleven-Point Standard.
We ask two questions of every active ingredient. Where did it come from, and how was it produced? And how much of its original biological structure survived?
Everything else in the standard follows from those two questions. The active substance must originate from a biological system, not be chemically assembled from industrial precursors. The label must be accurate. Quantities must be stated. Nothing essential may be hidden inside a proprietary blend. Preservatives and flavorings, where present, must serve a functional purpose and not substitute for the natural active ingredient. Insect-derived ingredients must be absent.
Most products fail before point three. Not because the industry is dishonest, but because the standard it operates to does not ask the questions we are asking.
The catalogue
The catalogue is small. That reflects the standard, not the ambition.
Every product listed has been reviewed against all eleven points. When a product does not pass, it is not listed including products from brands we have approved relationships with. The standard applies to the product, not the brand.
Our goal is not to tell you what to buy. Our goal is to help conscious consumers make informed decisions with more information than the label or marketing provides.
Whether you agree with our conclusions is your decision. Our role is to make sure you have enough information to reach one.
